  We serve people who have legal matters related to their South Carolina criminal records.

• Eligibility (qualifications and disqualifications):

  We do not have income requirements; however, we do prioritize serving people who are below the federal poverty level or in that in-between area where they are above the poverty guidelines, but still cannot afford private counsel.

• Cost:

  Our services are free, but clients may be responsible for any case-related fees and court costs.
